 Spicy fruit aromas of black cherries, plum, white pepper, tar, coffee and cedar. The mid-palate is smooth and integrated with balancing the sweetness of ripe red fruit flavors and spicy vanilla undertones.

 The delicate floral notes of blueberries and violets, spicy red fruit aromas of black-cherry, raspberry, redcurrant, coffee bean, cedar, and vanilla. Concentrated blackberry fruit in the mid-palate gives the wine it's direction, and a five percent cabernet sauvignon addition adds backend structure with smooth silky tannin integration. Be prepared to fall in love!

 The nose is spectacularly unique in this wine. It's a sweet combination of rose petal, blood orange, molasses, white chocolate, wood-smoke and red licorice. There's a strong mineral structure to the wine, with bright cherry fruit, and firm acidity. It seems deceptively narrow on entry, and fills the mouth with delicious flavors that build into a balanced finish.

 This wine is enormous in body, but still maintains its Cabernet Franc character. Aromas of violets, lavender, blueberries, nutmeg, and ripe strawberry fruit. The mid-palate is full and spicy, with firm tannins. Succulent and juicy, this is the perfect steak wine.

 Aromas of black plum, vanilla, bittersweet chocolate, clove, orange peel, sweet tar, and cinnamon. The wine enters the mouth in a silky smooth manner, with ripe black fruits and red licorice flavors impressing the taste buds. The addition of 5% Cabernet Franc enlivens the midpalate with bright acidity. The combination expands the wine into a focused finish of fruit and tannin all wrapped up together.

It exhibits great depth, extraction and finesse, which is far from typical of such a young vineyard. Enjoy with anything off the grill, as well as dishes with spicy sauces such as penne puttanesca or capriciosa.

 Exotic aromas of peaches, apricots, pineapple, lime blossom and lavender. The body of the wine has a layered richness of mango, honeydew melon, and cantaloupe kept focused by balanced acidity. The textured mineral and spice on the mid-palate finishes dry, in a long, lingering lip-smacking finish.

 The vines stressed, ripening the fruit perfectly, yielding grapes with incredible balance. This balance of ripe flavors and acid created a deliciously aromatic Viognier. Floral notes of white flowers and orange and lime blossoms, cinnamon, and ripe apricot flavors with a steely mineral note. The richness in the mid-palate comes from full barrel fermentation in seasoned French oak barrels.
